Birthday Party Info

General Party Information

Each party is 2 hours which includes use of a private party room and play time. Children do not have to stay in the party room, they are free to come and go during the party. We serve food (according to package chosen), serve dessert, open gifts, or meet and greet with characters during the 2 hour time frame.

Each party room includes 20 chairs and 2 long rectangular tables. We do not provide additional seating. If you wish to accommodate more than 20 guests, you may reserve an additional room and package by calling 843-508-8000.

  • You will have the party room reserved for 2 hours.
  • Your guests do not have to stay in the party room during that time. They are free to play in the play area.
  • Arrive on time. We cannot accommodate late arrivals. The party will run on schedule, even without all guests present.
  • If you decide that you wish to deviate from the schedule, we cannot guarantee a party host will be available, if applicable.

  • We provide the private room, seating, serving ware, plates, cups, drinks, and utensils.
  • There is a $10 fee, automatically applied, for missing kitchen utensils such as pizza cutters, cake knives and servers, lighters, etc.
  • You may bring your own serving ware.
  • There are 2 long rectangular tables and 20 chairs in each party room.
  • Standard decor includes multicolored wall hangings, banner, balloons, and personalized chalkboard wall.
Who is included in the head count?2023-05-17T14:50:04+00:00
  • Any person under the age of 18 will be counted toward the paid child guest list and will require a waiver on file for entry.
  • Young children, who will be on the play floor (crawlers), will count toward the paid child guest list and require a waiver on file for entry.
  • The birthday child is included in the head count.
  • All siblings of the birthday child that attend will be included in the head count.
  • We do not count adults toward the package, but we do limit the number of people per party to 40 individuals.
  • If guests are paying separately for general child admission for kids not included with your party, you will need to inform them that they need to specify this during check in. If not specified in advance, guests will be added to overall head count of the package.
  • Party room use and party items are exclusive to children accounted for in a party package only, due to required demand on staffing and space. We cannot accommodate general admission in party spaces.
What if I don’t know how many people will attend?2023-05-18T13:30:17+00:00
  • We can adjust the headcount as people arrive for your party, to increase or decrease as follows:
    • We have 2 base level packages, 10 guests and 15 guests.
    • There is no minimum number of guests required.
    • The 10 guests package can accommodate up to 14 children.
    • The 15 guests package can accommodate up to 20 children.
    • There will be an additional charge for each child over the base of each package.

    We reserve the right to adjust packages to reflect an accurate guest count:

    • If attendance exceeds the maximum capacity for the package, your reservation will automatically be increased to the next package level and adjusted to reflect the number of guests in attendance.
    • For parties with less guests than expected, we can only decrease the count to the base number of the package that was booked, either 10 or 15 guests.
    • You may call and adjust the base level of your package up to 48 hours before your event.
    • We cannot decrease the base package with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • You may bring in a dessert item of your choice and decorations.
  • You may bring in your own balloons. We are not able to fill balloons.
  • We are not able to store your dessert item.
  • No other outside food or drink will be permitted.

  • Decorating is permitted during your party time allotment of 2 hours. We do not allow early entry for decorating.
  • Parties have approximately 30 minutes before food/dessert as free time, while guests check in and play, that can be used for decorating.
  • You may bring in décor such as tablecloths, table toppers, themed plates and cups, balloons, and portable décor that does not require attachment to a wall.
  • We are not able to accommodate professional party decorators. There will be a $50 fee assessed for violation of this policy.
  • Glitter, silly string, confetti and piñatas are not permitted. Smash cakes will need to by cleaned up by parents before then end of the party. There is an additional cleaning fee of $50 for cleanup of these items.
  • Tape, tacks, nails, etc. are not permitted. There will be a $50 fee for damage to the party room.
  • Please keep decor within reason for quick setup and take down. All items must be removed by the end time of the party room. Note the late fee policy below.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking.
  • We do not accept cash payments for deposits. Deposit may be paid with credit or debit only.
  • In the event of a cancellation, your party may be re-booked and held within 60 days, if existing party schedule allows.
  • We require at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations.
  • There will be no rescheduling of a no-call, no-show party.
  • You may book a rescheduled party with at least 48 hours of advance notice of your desired date.

  • Socks are required for all guests, including adults AND children.
  • Your guests will be asked to purchase a pair to enter, should they forget.
  • If guests do not comply with this policy, we will charge $3.00 + tax to your party and issue socks to your guests.
  • Shoes are not permitted in the play areas, party rooms, or cafe. No exceptions.
  • A waiver will be required for all guests to enter. Please have them fill out the waiver from the link provided in the confirmation email to avoid extended check in time.
  • If your guests do not have a waiver on file, they will be required to fill one out upon arrival and before entering the play area. This may delay guest check in.
  • Host parent must monitor children and party guests at all times.

  • Each party room is equipped with 20 chairs and 2 long rectangular tables.
  • We allow a maximum of 40 people per party. This includes children and adults in attendance.
  • We reserve the right to limit entry to guests if the maximum occupancy of the room is reached.
  • Attendees under 18 are counted as paid party guests and need a completed waiver to enter.
  • Any minor under 18 will not be permitted to exit without an adult present. You will be notified of any violation of this rule and re-entry may be denied.

  • Food is provided for parties by selecting a package that includes a food item, pancakes or pizza.
  • Outside food and drink are not permitted, apart from your dessert item.
  • We cater to kids and their kid guests. We do not provide food or drinks for adults.
  • You may purchase food and drinks for adults by adding extras to your Plus Package during the booking process.
  • Our cafe is not equipped to handle large group orders. If you wish to serve food for your guests, you will need to select a package that comes with a food option.
  • Party food, drinks, and dessert must remain in the party rooms.
  • Cafe tables are reserved for general admission guests ordering food from the cafe.
What happens at the end of a party?2023-05-17T14:54:49+00:00
  • Your balance will be due at the conclusion of the time in your room. You may pay at the front desk.
  • Please help your guests leave the party room promptly by the end time of your scheduled party.
  • The end time of your room can be found on your confirmation email and the welcome letter.
  • You will be assessed a $50 late fee for remaining in the room after the end of your event.
  • Your 30 day membership will be applied under the account that booked the party. It will automatically expire in 30 days from the day of the party.

  • In order to maintain a safe environment for everyone at Bizzy Bee Indoor Play Center, repeated rule breaking, aggressive tone, use of profanity, posturing of violence, and/or threats toward any staff are strictly prohibited. Any violation of these policies, as determined by the manager on duty, will result in loss of membership, play passes, deposits, monies paid, a ban on any future admittance, and law enforcement involvement.
  • We reserve the right to change these rules and policies, with or without prior notice, as deemed necessary by the management.
